The annual rent raise was above the local average increase.

Allegro management is dismissive and condescending. The items that we pay for in our rent never work. The computers do not work and the printer has been broken since October 2022.

While the staff is overall great. Frustrated about the mice and the care, or lack therof, to get rid of the issue.
