Great experience almost reaching two years living here. However, It does feel like the residents are starting to not follow general public courtesy rules of living in an apartment building, and it’s turning to be like a college dorm in some ways.

The staff are extremely attentive. Common areas and amenity spaces are ALWAYS clean. It is conveniently located within walking distance of several restaurants and grocery stores. I love my experience so far at The Burton.

One of my top concerns while living here is safety. There is little protection placed in preventing car theft in the garage even though we pay a substantial amount for parking.

Probably the best management, the maintenance here is always on it and the staff is very nice. Always feels very clean in every area of the apartment complex.

Absolutely beautiful! State of the art security, elegant, walking distance to Trader Joe's, restaurant and shops. However, if your unit is on the back side of the building you will hear Metro/Amtrak all day and night.

The apartment looks so beautiful and it smells good. The staff if kind and helpful. Maintenance arrived in a quick amount of time to fix my sink. The front deck workers are amazing

So far most things have been great. Things to improve would be adding an additional power bar for the squat/deadlift area considering there is only one. Have the dog area upstairs accessible after 11pm.

The staff here is amazing. Although I've only been here a short time, it already feels like home. Looking forward to enjoying many of the amenities as the weather warms up.
