Brian Valle structures, underwrites and executes debt and equity financings for Bozzuto’s development projects and assists in managing investor relations. Since assuming his current role at the company in 2013, Brian has been involved in more than $650 million of debt transactions and $150 million of equity financings.
Prior to joining Bozzuto, Brian was an Associate at Enterprise Community Investment and an Analyst in the Mergers and Acquisitions group at Lazard. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a master’s degree in city planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
