Jenn Popoola

Jenn Popoola, Regional Portfolio Manager, joined Bozzuto Management Company in 2011. Her current portfolio consists of 1315 residential units with 310,000 sqft of commercial/retail in the NJ/NYC Metro area. After joining Bozzuto, Jenn managed the Sagamore on the Upper West side of Manhattan where she managed a large-scale amenity and unit renovation. In 2013, Jenn’s attention moved to Halstead New Rochelle where she re-positioned the asset with a focus on value optimization, increasing NOI by 15% or $400,000 year over year. In 2015 Jenn added Halstead White Plains to her portfolio. Jenn was promoted to Regional Associate in the Boston market in June of 2016.

Prior to joining the Bozzuto Group, she held the position of Property Manager with Equity Residential. Jenn started in the real estate industry 17 years ago and has held various positions with Equity Residential, AvalonBay and Dermot Company. Jenn has managed assets in various markets, such as Northern and Southern California, Texas, New York, Boston and Washington State.
