Lori Grego joined Bozzuto’s Learning and Leadership team in 2017. Driven by her passion for motivating and developing people, Lori is responsible for the strategic direction, planning and implementation of Bozzuto’s employee onboarding, training and leadership development programs.
Lori’s career prior to Bozzuto includes over 20 years of experience in numerous education, leadership and talent management roles. She began in public education, eventually branching out to the corporate world, where she led corporate training and talent management functions, with a large amount of time focused on the real estate sectors.
Lori holds a bachelor’s degree from Salisbury University and is active in the talent development professional community, most recently serving on the board of directors for the Maryland chapter of the Association for Talent Development.
