Meredith Williams orchestrates the branding and marketing strategy for new developments from the point of conception all the way through to the commencement of leasing. Meredith’s goal is to ensure that the brand and marketing strategy put forth is sound and delivers the best results for Bozzuto clients in the way of engagement and a well-paced lease-up. She works closely with developers, investors, branding agencies, and the Advisory Services team to position assets at the top of their markets. Meredith joined Bozzuto with over 8 years of diverse experience in account management, event planning, consumer, B2B and association marketing. Meredith joined Bozzuto after working with them closely on Bozzuto’s City Market at O, a high-end project in the Washington, D.C. area.
