Bozzuto’s Commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Earn Recognition
Cultivating a culture of kindness and equity is an important aspect of Bozzuto’s values. Our efforts to foster inclusivity for our associates have allowed Bozzuto to be recognized as a 2021 Rise Honoree for Bisnow’s Inaugural Rise Initiative. This accolade recognizes companies in the commercial real estate industry who are advancing diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace.
Through Bozzuto’s successful and robust employee resource group (ERG) program, associates are able to bond over shared experiences as well as have the opportunity to take on leadership roles, network and volunteer. Several of our ERG leaders were able to attend The Rise Initiative event in New York City to receive this recognition. These associates were able to connect with other leaders in the diversity, equity and inclusion community and learn new ways to foster inclusion in the workplace.
