Finding a parking place on the crowded streets of Baltimore's midtown Mount Vernon neighborhood will get a bit easier on Monday, when a 1,245-space public parking garage opens adjacent to the University of Baltimore campus. Multifamily Executive Magazine gave Bozzuto Development Company major kudos for its MetroPointe at Wheaton Metro project. The magazine called MetroPointe the mixed-income project of the year at it's 2009 Multifamily Executive and Developer Awards ceremony in Las Vegas.
