Multifamily Executive Magazine gave Bozzuto Development Company major kudos for its MetroPointe at Wheaton Metro project. The magazine called MetroPointe the mixed-income project of the year at it's 2009 Multifamily Executive and Developer Awards ceremony in Las Vegas.
The 173-unit MetroPointe project is the result of a partnership between Bozzuto and the Montgomery County Housing Opportunities Commission.

Bozzuto Development Company and Chesapeake Community Advisors will finally break ground Saturday on The Views at Clarendon, a hotly debated — and long delayed — project in Arlington.

Owners of 100 Park at Wyomissing Square say that more people are turning to renting
Another piece of the Wyomissing Square development, the $49 million apartment complex 100 Park at Wyomissing Square, has fallen into place.
Don Tracy, development manager for Bozzuto Development, Greenbelt, Md., said 100 Park, named for its address at 100 N. Park Road, is leasing and that he expects the 248-unit complex, where finishing touches still were being completed… Continue reading
