The apartments are nice but the finishes are very cheap. The cabinets are made of wood grain laminate with cheap appliances as well. The amenities are not taken care of beyond the Clinton Street location, the children’s playroom smells like mold wi...

The constant turnover of management staff in the building leads to a team that does not know the building, it's residents or the history. Please do better to retain staff.
