Almost a year here and I feel at home. We are extremely please with the staff at 40 Bennett Road. They are very prompt and eager to answer question and help us. The monthly breakfast is great!

The process to be able to move here was incredible. Trained, polite, cordial and dedicated staff. Particularly our experience with Risa was magnificent. Thank you

Thank you EVO! The water is always hot, garbage room is always empty and the Mailroom is secure and easy to negotiate and identify. Staff treats everyone like family. The place is always spotless. I'm very happy here. So glad to be here another year....

I love the peace and quiet. As well the wonderful amenities. I also like that we have a video doorbell system and that no one can get in unless they are permitted into the building by a resident or staff member. It makes me feel very safe.

Love the gym - easy equipment to use. Modern. The front desk concierge is good to have when I know packages are coming in. I may look into garage parking for the winter months.

Everything has been great so far. Everyone in the leasing office is delightful and very helpful. I do wish there was a 24 hour concierge. It would also be nice if the hot water lasted longer than 20 minutes. Other than that it’s great loving here.

Need mirrors in parking garage in order to see around the turns. It's really difficult to see cars going down or up in opposite directions. Without mirrors hanging on each turnaround, there will be unfortunate accidents.
