Primary Responsibilities:

Bozzuto Group’s Technology Department is seeking to add a Technology Services Specialist to the team. The Technology Services Specialist will provide first-level Information Technology-related hardware and software support to all users for The Bozzuto Group. This role will and not limited to, providing technical assistance to users, answer questions or resolve technology problems for users in person, via telephone or from a remote location. This role requires the ability to multitask and must be organized.

Primary day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Meraki audits
  • Trend audits
  • Carbonite checks
  • Apple iMac and PC Imaging
  • Shipping
  • Package pickup
  • Apple ID Account and iPad Configuration
  • Phone support for user and technicians in the field
  • Telecom (VoIP system) understanding and changes, will learn voice and life safety review and savings planning
  • Imaging & deployment technology
  • Data entry for rebilling needs

What You Bring to Us:

  • Software knowledge with : Windows 10 Professional, MAC OS; MS Office 2016/2019
  • Familiar with basic router and wireless setup, windows workgroup networking, file server configuration
  • Experience troubleshooting variety of technical problems
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • A+ Certified
  • Familiar with basic router and wireless setup, windows workgroup networking, file server configuration
  • Experience troubleshooting variety of technical problems
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a technical support role
  • Ability to lift to 30lbs, climbing and using a ladder.
