TOBY BOZZUTO
President, Bozzuto Development Company and Partner, The Bozzuto Group. Toby oversees the day-to-day development activities for the company's apartment development operations. More than 1,800 rental units are currently in the pipeline throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions in projects that range from urban high-rise properties to neo-traditional suburban communities. He previously worked with J.P. Morgan Chase's Real Estate Debt Group and was also a financial analyst with Columbia National Real Estate Finance. Toby holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colgate University as well as a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Development from New York University. He is Vice Chairman of the Urban Land Institute's Baltimore District Council and serves on the Catholic Charities Building Committee. In addition, he has been a guest lecturer for both the Harvard University Graduate School of Design and for the Johns Hopkins Carey School of Business real estate program.

DORIS TOPEL
Senior Vice President, Bozzuto Development Company.  Doris Topel oversees the development of over 1,000 units annually. Her responsibilities encompass the entire length of the development process, from land acquisition through project completion. With twenty five years of real estate experience, of which twenty have been with the founding partners of The Bozzuto Group, Doris brings marketing and operational expertise to her projects. Prior to joining Bozzuto Development Company, she was Sr. Vice President of Bozzuto Management Company where she was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the management company. Doris managed a team of seven Regional Portfolio Managers and a Management Specialist and was responsible for quality control, ensuring that the company standards were met or exceeded. She assisted with the growth of Bozzuto Management Company from approximately 6,000 units to 22,000 during her tenure.  Doris is a member of the National Multi-Housing Council, National Association of Home Builders Multi-Housing Council, Apartment and Office Building Association and the Institute of Real Estate Management. In addition, she served as the 2005 President of the Washington Region Property Management Association.
