Just as we believe in the importance of developing and maintaining a diverse workforce, we also understand the value of forming relationships with qualified partners, small and large, that represent all segments of the business community. Thus, Bozzuto Construction Company remains committed to conducting business with a diverse range of clients, consultants, subcontractors and vendors, and to do so in a way that enables minority firms to effectively compete in the marketplace.

Bozzuto Construction has a proven track record and consistent practice of utilizing Small Business Enterprise (SBE), Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), and Woman Owned Business (WBE) firms on our projects. Our SBE/MBE/WBE Plan recognizes the value that diversity brings to our projects and the economic stimulus such efforts bring to minority firms and, by extension, to their surrounding communities. Our long-term goal is to improve the economic viability and visibility of SBE/MBE/WBE firms, and expand the employment opportunities for minority, women and disadvantaged businesses throughout the region.
