Vice President, Bozzuto Construction Company
As Vice President for Bozzuto Construction Company, Brian oversees client relations, project management, and field operations for both new construction and renovation projects. His responsibilities span Bozzuto Construction’s work in Delaware, DMV, New Jersey, New England, and Pennsylvania. Brian also leads the company’s Renovation and Capital Improvement group across the company’s footprint. From start to finish, he manages each project in its entirety, overseeing financials, scheduling, safety, and quality.
Brian earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Finance from Salisbury University’s Perdue School of Business. He is currently an active member of the Housing Association of Nonprofit Developers (HAND) as well as the Urban Land Institute. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Affordable Housing Conference of Montgomery County (AHCMC).
