Caroline Sullivan leads business development initiatives in Washington, D.C., Virginia, Texas, and Florida. In this role, she is responsible for managing RFPs and qualifications while fostering meaningful relationships with clients and industry professionals. 

Before joining Bozzuto, she served as Communications Manager at the global Urban Land Institute (ULI) headquarters, a think tank dedicated to best practices in urban planning and development. Caroline earned her Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Miami University. She is currently an active member of the ULI Washington Young Leader Committee.
