Collin Hoffmann is responsible for helping lead human resources initiatives to enhance Bozzuto’s workplace culture and strengthen employee engagement. In his role managing Employee Relations for Bozzuto, Collin is adept at navigating complex employee issues focused on employee performance management, workplace investigations, conflict resolution, risk management, HR compliance, and developing and interpreting company policies and procedures.

Prior to joining Bozzuto in 2015, Collin held leadership and advisory roles in Employee Relations and Talent Acquisition at Jos. A Bank Clothiers and The Ratner Group.

Collin holds a Master’s of Science in Business, Human Resources, and Employment/Labor Relations from The Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor’s of Science in Criminal Justice from SUNY Brockport.
