Previously Vice President, Human Resources, Dan High has worked with Bozzuto for 10 years. He is responsible for directing and managing the recruiting, training, employee relations and payroll and benefits functions for the company.

Prior to joining Bozzuto, he held senior positions with Coca-Cola and The Ryland Group.
