I currently have over 11 years of property management experience, six of which have been specifically devoted to Learning and Leadership. I started my journey with TriBridge Residential as a leasing consultant, working my way up to a multi-site property manager before transitioning full-time into a training role. With Bozzuto, I have helped launch over 20 new programs and courses, along with successfully rolling out two new employee-directed software systems, while also overseeing the company’s summer intern program.
