Jay Zachariah oversees all aspects of the development team in the New England area. He brings to Bozzuto over 20 years of experience in the design and construction industry and has led the development of over $800 million in luxury rental and senior living communities.

Jay earned his Bachelor of Science degrees in both Architecture and Building Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, a Master’s degree from Columbia University in Advanced Architectural Design and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Hult Business School.
