In her capacity as a Development Associate, Laura runs the day-to-day project management for mixed-use development projects in Washington, DC and Maryland. She is involved throughout all phases of development, including acquisition, entitlement, design, financing, construction, lease-up, and disposition. She is currently managing the development of Atwell on Spring, a 375-unit apartment complex in Silver Spring, MD. A Washington, DC native, Laura is an active member of the Urban Land Institute. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Vanderbilt University
