Noel Carson is Senior Vice President of Marketing and Creative Director at Bozzuto, where he leads creative direction across the company and throughout its portfolio. With nearly 20 years of experience across marketing, brand development, and design, his work spans commercial real estate, architecture, and interior design.

His work has earned recognition from the American Advertising Federation, Graphic Design USA, and Creativity International, among others. He holds undergraduate degrees in Marketing and Graphic Design from the University of Notre Dame, an MBA from Georgetown University, and is a graduate of the ULI Washington Leadership Institute. Noel also serves on the boards of Nature Forward and Washington Project for the Arts.
