As an Associate Retail Asset Manager, Tim oversees a portfolio of commercial space across 10+ properties in Chicago and Boston. His responsibilities include managing day to day retail operations, working with property teams on mixed-use management and advising on the financial performance of retailers in our communities. He has been involved in the successful opening of various businesses such as Paris Baguette, PNC Bank, Target and more.

Tim joined Bozzuto Development Company in December of 2021, assisting on the completion of multiple Bozzuto owned properties across Massachusetts before joining the Bozzuto Management Company’s retail team in June 2024. His background in construction and development allows for a unique relationship with our clients in managing assets and creating a collaborative mixed-use environment.
