Barcroft Apartments

This project consists of 21 clusters of garden style apartments, a total of 876 units, broken up into eight phases, The scope of work includes a complete update to the interior including MEP systems as well as replacement of most finishes. The facade scope will include repair to the existing facade, new windows and new roofs. The site will also receive significant utility, flatwork and landscape improvements. The project has both historic and VHDA design requirements that will also need to be maintained.
