Belmont Crossing is a new ground-up affordable multifamily development featuring 220 units across two four-story, wood-frame buildings, totaling approximately 106,000 GSF per phase. The development includes a first-floor with offices, amenity spaces, residential units, and a community/lounge room, with three additional stories of residential units above. The project is supported by 4% and 9% tax credits and complies with all DC hiring programs.
