Gallery Towns, a 45-townhome community, was built next to Monroe Street Market and the Brookland-CUA Metro station. This community catered to city-dwellers seeking the ultimate walkable location – close to restaurants, bars, shopping and transportation. Gallery Towns featured four townhome floorplans, each with a stunning rooftop terrace and outdoor fireplace.
