What was once the former Hahne & Co. department store in downtown Newark, New Jersey, the Hahne & Co. building has been redeveloped into a mixed-use power house with 172,630 square feet of retail and office tenants, including a Whole Foods Market, co-working space, Rutger’s University ‘Express Newark’, and restaurant from celebrity chef Marcus Samuelsson, all nestled around a historic grand atrium.
