Olney Assisted Living

Olney Assisted Living is a new LEED Certified 79-bed facility, located in Montgomery County, MD. This three-story building is Type II-A, non-combustible construction, with metal bearing walls, and concrete decks. The first two floors are designated for assisted living and the third floor is designated for memory care. This project also utilizes VRF HVAC systems, and approximately 50% of the roof is a green roof.
