The Kelly
The Kelly is a new 109-unit multifamily community in Bala Cynwyd, PA—a revitalized suburb located conveniently on the edge of Philadelphia. The project scope includes construction of a four-story wood-frame building over two levels of below-grade parking (concrete and steel), which offers 164 parking spaces. The 8,200 square feet of interior amenity space consists of a fitness room, yoga studio, library, conference rooms, and a communal lounge. Outdoors, residents enjoy access to two courtyards—one located on the second floor and the other situated on the roof of the building.
