Mid-Rise Mixed-Use Transit-Oriented Development Urban Infill

Monroe Street Market is a multi-phase, mixed-use development located on five city blocks in Washington, DC, adjacent to the Brookland-CUA Metro Station, across the street from Catholic University, and just three miles north of the US Capitol. The development also includes streetscape and hardscape improvements which greatly improved the neighborhood’s walkability, creating a lively, pedestrian-friendly atmosphere and significantly improving traffic patterns and pedestrian crossings along Michigan Avenue and Monroe Street.
