Chevy Chase

Chevy Chase B2 is a 7-story masonry façade concrete building inspired by the architecture along the Connecticut Avenue corridor. The building features approx. 20,000 square feet of retail at grade, 5 levels of residential units above, and a 6,000 square feet amenity penthouse. It is a part of the larger 16 acre Chevy Chase Lake Redevelopment which includes 2 apartment buildings (totaling 450 units), connection to the purple line transit, over 100,000 square feet of ground floor retail including a tenant anchored grocer. All three buildings front onto an acre large town square.
