Exterior: Masonry in process; plan to complete in mid-April. Hardie work ongoing in South courtyard and North courtyard to start late March.
Interior: Work in progress. Units – started cabinets and tile installation, continue drywall hanging. Amenity MEP work will be complete in late March. And ceilings are being framed.
B2 – Condos
Exterior: Masonry is being installed on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor. Started EIFS air barrier.
Interior: Working on plumbing to complete inspections on 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor. Other MEP items in progress.
