The townhomes have impressed me with their beautiful design and the community has a great vibe for families. Despite that, adding in more amenities such as a playground or a community center could elevate the living experience of residents.

Chase Manor is a very nice and safe community surrounded by beautiful greenery. A gym or workout options would make it even more special! Property management is very responsive and professional.

We have enjoyed living here. The apartments are older, but have bigger windows and lovely tile, unlike newer buildings. The location has been great and the maintenance staff are exceptional - especially Antonio.
